A fake tweet announcing that Real Madrid had signed Ashley Young promptly went viral.

Twitter user RealMadridCFi posted a pretty well-executed photoshop of a graphic announcing that the Manchester United defender had become Real's latest summer signing.

With 'Comunicado Oficial', the two words that signal business has picked up when it comes to Real Madrid.

It no doubt duped a whole lot of people scrolling down on their timeline, garnering over 9,000 retweets and 18,000 likes at the time of writing, as fans thought Young was going to become another summer move of the Galacticos.
